Torgeir Lie Storberget is Managing Partner in Norway at the Financial Compliance Group – FCG. FCG is the leading Nordic consultancy firm within risk, compliance and governance, and are currently located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany. FCG consists of around 200 risk and compliance experts with backgrounds in law, finance, accounting, mathematics, engineering and actuaries.

Storberget is a compliance specialist, lawyer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of professional experience ranging from Big Law and law enforcement to entrepreneurship and communications. He has worked with complex international GRC investigations and advisory at Advokatfirmaet Selmer. He is also the former founder and Creative Director of JCP, one of Scandinavia’s largest marketing and communication companies.

Storberget is an active participant in the compliance community and is often engaged as a key-note speaker and lecturer. He is also part of the academic community within compliance and governance as an external examiner and supervisor to students writing their master thesis at the Universities of Oslo and Bergen. Key areas of expertise include GRC methodology, regulatory compliance, investigations, legal risk management, corporate governance, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and responsible business conduct (CSR).
