Ole is a Performance Management specialist with substantial experience implementing planning & reporting solutions both in private and public sector. After working as management consultant for almost a decade he is now back in banking as subject-lead IT Performance Management in DNB where he is currently heading the implementation of a new strategy model based on OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). Academically Ole holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and delivered numerous presentations on subjects related to Strategy & Performance Management.
