Narendra Singh is Head – Process Excellence at Aditya Birla Capital and has been an important member of driving Digitally enabled process reengineering since 2015. He partners all subsidiaries/ businesses / functions to bring in new technologies, build digital assets and leverage these for business growth. As part of his mandate he has carved new milestones across his portfolio by completing projects, which were cutting across subsidiaries of AB Capital, few to mention are Balanced Scorecard, Robotics Process Automation, WhatsApp for Business, Chatbot, eKYC Process etc.
Prior to joining Aditya Birla Group, Narendra has worked in ICICI Bank. In ICICI bank he facilitated multiple technology and Digital led reengineering projects few of them to mention are Early Warning Indicator, Tab Banking in CASA, Pre Qualified Customer profiling etc. He has worked in a start firm and helped the firm in increasing the revenue growth 10 times within a short period of time.
Having worked within BFSI sector combined with experience of driving a start-up, Narendra brings rich experience in Digital transformation, Process Reengineering, Business Excellence, Quality and Technology, LSS, Customer service.
Narendra is an Electrical Engineer from Govt. Engineering College Kota, MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, Mumbai.
