Inspired by “Objectives & Key Results” (OKRs), DNB IT has established a management model that is built for speed and empowerment without losing focus on more long-term strategic ambitions. One year after the launch of the new model, nearly 70 units have developed their own OKRs, which constantly is adapted to ongoing business needs and strategic guidelines.
