The annual planning cycle and the 3 and 5 year long-term strategic plans do not seem to be sufficient in today’s dynamic world. The focus on strategy execution is increasing in organizations, and the pace of change makes it necessary to update strategic plans more often. This presentation will provide insight to how Sparebank 1 SR-Bank ASA is working with strategy to increase implementation force throughout the organization. The rolling plan may be updated when needed, following regular strategic discussions and joint maturity in top management. The company uses Corporater for strategy follow-up on group level.
